EAS (Educational Access Scheme) This scheme aims to help students, whose education has been negatively affected during Year 11 and/or Year 12 receive an offer to university. Please allow time to collect and collate the necessary supporting documentation depending on category of disadvantage you wish to claim. Application guide for EAS STEP 1 - Submit your undergraduate application through UAC. STEP 2 - Select ‘Apply for EAS’ at the bottom of the undergraduate application confirmation page or log in to your completed undergraduate application and select ‘EAS’. Equity Scholarships Equity Scholarships are awarded to students from low socio-economic backgrounds, particularly those who receive Centrelink income support payments such as ABSTUDY, Austudy, Youth Allowance, Newstart Allowance, Disability Support Pension, Parenting Payment (Single) or the Carer Payment .
